Return of goods

Upon reception the customer verifies that the shipment corresponds to the order. Complaints are accepted only within 5 days after receiving the goods. Opened packages cannot be returned or exchanged.

Nonconforming Contact lenses must be stored in a suitable lens container and returned with a copy of the bill of sale so that we can forward the complaint to the manufacturer.
